Brigitte is our Personal Assistant and ex Property Manager whose primary role is supporting our PMs but does a bit of everything as well.
Eling deals with the company accounts to ensure that our bills and staff are paid on time, and to ensure compliance on our company accounts.

Rental One has been in business since 2011 and is made up from a team of highly experienced and professional staff who has had years of experience in the Property Management industry.
The company is based in Manukau City, Auckland. However we service all across Auckland, primarily from the West, Central, South and right through to Pukekohe.
We provide specialised service to all our Landlords, majority who have been with us for years and rely on us to look after their properties so that they can focus on the bigger picture.
